Does anyone know how soon after a trip does the computer " pick up" your play i.e., adjustments to your promos /offers ?

PS I wrote via "contact us" on the Sun website and asked them if I was affected by the software mess? Personally I don't think that I was which is why I asked the question at the beginning of this post. My smaller offers I think reflect a one day lower denom/less play in Jan. My next trip was two weeks ago in which I played my norm.
I wonder if they will even admit it?
Will be very curious as to their response.

As of today at 3:40 P.M...no response.
Interesting since I always get some response within one or two business days. You might be right Chuck!

PS FWIW I don't think that I was affected because this past weeks free play mailer showed an increase, which I believe reflected the increase play on my last trip.
