We just got back from Vegas on Tuesday morning at 6 am and no great
desire to go to MS today but promised our friends we would get them
four tickets for the WNBA all star game so off we went. We got to VIP
services near the arena and our names were not on the comp list. We
were told that there was nothing they could do as the game was sold
out. After driving 2 hours we were not very happy. I called my host
who luckily of us was there and she made some phone calls and get us
the tickets. There was some screw up in there computer system but
since she had confirmation numbers, she made sure we got the tickets.
This was about 10 am so off for some VP at the star bar and FP JOB.
After about 2 hours I held four to the royal and drew the 10 of spades
for a royal. When I was there in June I also hit one. Two royals in
about 5,000 hands. Talk about beating the odds. I thanked our friends
for making us go so they could see the game.
