Got an email from MS that I can swipe for 40 points on Fri. 29th or
Sat. 30th(till 2:00 P.M.). Friends who asked me each got 80, and
another set of friends got no email but called and she got 80 and he
40. My Sagamore wife got nothing even though most of my play is on her
card. So check, but ymmv.

I received offer for 100 points on 12/29 or 12/30.
I also received an offer for a cash giveaway $200, $500 or $10,000
with a guarantee win of $100. It's on 1/06/07 a Sat.
I'm hoping the weather is good. Do we need to call and confirm
attendance for the cash giveaway? I didn't seem to think so since
there was no number on the mailing. Do we just show up? It said to go
to the Uncas ballroom between I believe 1pm and 6pm.

You can call just to make sure but I don't think you need to confirm.
If you dislike waiting in line (like me), don't show up at 1pm. Wait an
hour or so. I don't think the EV changes. Last time you drew an
envelope out of a cage. Time before one registered for a random
computer drawing and at the same time collected (I think) $100.
The lines the first time were so long that MS sent an apology letter
with a $100 gift card to the Native American eatery. That was cool.
Not so much of a problme the second time. But why wait in line?
