MS hours?

I believe it is the same as the clock. 12 Midnight - 11:59 PM.
I did not get bounceback coupons this month but still played an almost normal amount in July and August.

What are the hours they consider a day at the MS so I can plan using
my bb coupons on consecutive days?

Howard, I sympathize. My most recent coupons were cut by $75/week and
MS was not able to provide a satisfactory explanation. In fact it gets
better - I called MS and spoke with the coupon administrator and she
confirmed that according to her data I should have received $50/week
more than I did. I did not wish to appear too pushy on this subject so
we agreed that she would clear this with her management before sending
a confirmation. She indicated that this would take several days so
when a week went by without getting an email or phone call I decided
to follow up. Now the story somehow had changed, she now tells me that
the actual coupon amount was correct and that she was in error in our
previous discussion. WTF!? I have a good mind to file a complaint with
the gaming board, but I doubt it would accomplish anything as the
Indiana Gaming Board doesn't appear to be too inspired in protecting
consumer interests.

I've been a really good vp citizen at MS so this whole experience
makes my blood boil. I gave them a lot of action, never abused the
comps (in fact the boothlings regularly pointed out that my comp usage
was only a small fraction of what I was entitled to), often played
under adverse conditions (see bartop discussion thread), and did not
file any complaints with the gaming board although on more than one
occasion there was sufficient cause. Last but not least I suffered
some very heavy losses over the summer. For them to suggest that
people playing for pennies and nickles a fraction of the time I spend
playing for dollars are more deserving of greater bb coupons is just
too hard to take. From my perspective MS has ceased to be rational as
far as the coupons are concerned. Good luck finding loyal patrons that
give you large coin-in. I will no longer be one of them.
