MS has decided to delay its expansion plans for at least a year,
citing the economy. The new hotel tower, 1,500-seat House of Blues
concert venue, 22,000-square-foot spa, and additional restaurants and
shops, scheduled to open in fall 2010, have been postponed.

It doesn't suprise me. With their income off and the casino slow it is
a wise decision. I guess it is just a sign of the times
