MS bounceback coupons

You said mid-April. That's 6 weeks to the end of May. I think you
weren't fully credited with the June coupons, MS realized its mistake
and credited you the balance (presumably the last 2 weeks of April) on
the July coupons. My experience and that of others I've talked to has
been that there is a direct correspondence between coupon values and
the prior month's play.

Okay..and thanks. But then what happens when I play on June 29 or 30, when I
already have my July coupons? Won't that figure in somewhere?

Yes, the August coupons. Somehow I think you threw the wrench in the
works by beginning play mid-month, but from your comments it sounds
like it has been corrected. The best way to stay on top of this is to
constantly monitor your points. It's not as difficult or cumbersome as
some might think. The slot club booth will provide your point total. I
carry a pocket sized notebook in which I record wins/losses for IRS
purposes, but I also record points accumulated on each machine. I
usually exceed the monthly maximum without difficulty, but if a
discrepancy arises I'll have a record to support my position.

According to the information I obtained from Michael Breakey, Karen Dirindin
and others, bounce back is based on 2 months. For July cash, your play from
April and May was evaluated. I did not get any checks in the mail for the
month of March because I hadn't played in Dec or Jan. What I can't
understand is why my bounceback has dropped to 4 X 100 when I have played
about $75,000 coin in more than for the months I received 4 X 125 in
coupons.
It seems that some comps (hotel expenses?) are being counted against my
bounce back or maybe win/loss record is also taken into account.

According to the information I obtained from Michael Breakey, Karen

Dirindin

and others, bounce back is based on 2 months.

Apparently different people are being told different things. The last
time I inquired no mention was made of "2" months. Are you sure this
isn't the old policy, i.e. the one before the system was revamped
earlier this year? Also a 2 month period doesn't synch with 1 month
coupons because there will always be 1 month of overlap. How is that
overlap being dealt with?

For July cash, your play from
April and May was evaluated. I did not get any checks in the mail

for the

month of March because I hadn't played in Dec or Jan. What I can't
understand is why my bounceback has dropped to 4 X 100 when I have

played

about $75,000 coin in more than for the months I received 4 X 125 in

It seems that some comps (hotel expenses?) are being counted against my
bounce back or maybe win/loss record is also taken into account.

Food comps don't count against the bounceback and neither should other
forms of comps as I was explicitly told by the slot club that my level
of play qualifies for all sorts of comps such as hotel stays. It could
be that unless someone reaches that level comps may be granted if
asked for, but are as you speculated deducted from the bounceback.
That however was not mentioned in the faq sheet mailed out several
months ago. The best way to lay all this to rest is to keep accurate
records in case coupons inexplicably fall below what you expect.
