Hi Jackie,
I'm a Mohegan Sun fan.
I like the layout of MS better. Both are confusing cuz they're
so big. I like the two MS casinos to FW's six, although I still get
lost in MS's Earth Casino. I get lost between the casinos at FW.
I find MS's points more user-friendly. They have name-brand stores,
e.g Brookstone,Chicos, Godiva. You can
purchase concert tickets with points, you can get a Mohegan Sun gift
card with points. Just great gift opportunities.
I know FW has updated its shops , but I don't think it has a FW gift
card, or you can use points to buy concert tickets. I have a ton
of FW points from Feb I haven't figured out what to do with. Any help
here is appreciated.
MS feels cleaner to me, maybe its a better ventilation system.
I played in the Cedar slot Casino in Feb for double points, and
the smoke levels rivaled an old LV locals casino.
I have not seen 9/6 JOB in quarters. I assume 8/5 is the best MS has.
On weekdays,(I've never been on a weekend)there is normal $10 BJ
scattered in both MS casinos. I think I seen that weird game in the
non-smoking area.
I may just be used to MS morer than FW.

Hi,
I was looking at the database and I've been reading the posting.
According to the database, there is $1 JOB. Is there .25 JOB too
(at
the bartops)? If not, what is the best .25 JOB at MS? I know the
best .25 JOB at Foxwoods is 8/5. I am a beginning .25 player and
usually play the DJ at Foxwoods (boy is that machine slow) or the
DB
in the database (also slow). My husband usually plays BJ but he'll
play JOB and so we've been playing 8/5 at Foxwoods when we go.
We went to MS once and hated it. We found the layout confusing and
the fast food area seriously understaffed and unfriendly. Also
they
had the $10 BJ but they made you place the side $1 bet of some
type.
Does anyone know if they still do that?
Also, I'm interested in what people like better about MS. Is it
the
···
games (I don't really like Pick'em), the casino, the restaurants,
the buffet? Thanks for any responses.
Jackie
