mroejacks lost his posting privileges because he would
not agree to observe vpFREE rules in future posts.

Yes but didn't rob do the same thing tell the admin that he
didn't believe he could follow vpfree guidelines. He still has
the right to post on vpfree if he wants too.
Rob Singer posted on vpFREE pursuant to a negotiated
special arrangement with several restrictions. After a short
time he voluntarily decided to terminate the arrangement
and he stopped posting on vpFREE. Before he could post
on vpFREE again, he would have to agree to observe all
of the rules.
OTOH, mroejacks violated the posting rules on vpFREE
and refused to offer any assurance that he would follow
them in the future. Members who flaunt the rules aren't
allowed to post on vpFREE.
