and crowds that NV casinos would die for. Their best play is a bank
of $ slots that advertise "up to 95% payback." Their VP is in the
91.5-92% range with 8 quarters required.

I lived right across the Ohio River from there, and its 1 of the reasons i moved to vegas, i hear they get fined from WVA almost every day for not paying out enough but i guess its cheaper than returning % to us suckers, They were to get video poker in and are trying to get the state to allow table games.
