If I understand correctly, tomorrow is the last day this week for the "swipe and win" promotion at Motor City.
Swipe your card at the kiosks by Chromatics lounge. You get free play that is good for 24 hours.
They will be doing this again next week, with Thursday being the last day for this also.
The place was as busy as ever tonight and no one was swiping their cards. I guess everyone else doesn't need free play.
Anybody get more than five bucks with this promo?

I only got $5 and so did the person who was with me.... 
And then later on, when I went to download some points onto a machine as cash play, I put my pin # in, and heard it convert it, the total changed on the card display and took off my points and I got NO CREDITS on the meter on my machine ! This has happened to me now like 4 times at motor city. You then have to call a slot tech over and they call it over their radio to a supervisor and then they reload your points back on your card. They always seem very suspicious and like they don't believe you, but it has happened to me 4-5 times now. I then moved over a machine, tried it again and the same thing happened, it took my points off of my card and I got no credits again..... Once again, change light time and I waited. I got a different slot tech, and told her this was the 2nd time and this time they made me wait like 10-15 minutes before my points were back on my card and I tried machine #3 that was on a different bank of machines, actually it was a slot machine and not a VP machine, in a different area of the casino. This time it worked and when I saw the slot tech, I told her that I finally get my money and she had told me that the supervisor told her that my points were downloaded at the 2nd machine that I tried, and I told her, if you want to pull a history of that machine and look at it, I would go with her, and I did not receive any point play on that machine as cash. She didn't call me a liar but I knew what she was trying to imply. But I was going to forget about it the 2nd time it happened but then I thought NO, it's their malfunction and them damn keypads don't work very well on some of the machines there, lots of times you can't even get your play because you can't get off the MENU keypad !!!!! But it has happened to me on the 100 play there when I played 9/6 JOB, and I had it put back on by a supervisor and tried it again, it did the same thing and he was right there and saw it that time, and then went and got cash and hand paid me, my point conversion total.
