Just a bit of info from motor city. I have not been going there much over the last 5 months, but for April I received $360 back in reward play for that month, which I thought was kind of strange, and my brother-inlaw got $600 for April reward play at motor city and he had not been there since September/October of 2009. So I went a few times in April to pick up 4 out of the 6 amounts that were offered to me, (they are a progressive amount and get bigger each week). I missed the first 2 amounts, because the mailing came late and the first one had already expired.
For May, I got the exact same offer again another $360 and my brother-inlaw got another $600 to pick up also. This has been a lot more then we previous got when we used to go all the time, when they would either send you a FREE night or the reward play option weekly. This new mailing must NOT be based on current play, or at least now they are going back months from your play or looking at play from 2009 now ? Has anyone else gotten big offers in reward play from motor city ?
This week when I went, I noticed that the VP was not being played very much, but I did see a lot of winners when I was there, a dealt 3 hand quarter royal for $3000, and some guy won over $12,000+ playing 10-play $1's where he locked up the machine 4 times, while I was there.
And the old paytables on the All-Star games are BACK, at the .25/.50/$1/ & $2 denoms now !!!! When I was there months ago, I would say like 2/3 of the machines were downgraded and now they are back to where they were previously ! So maybe, NOT going and NOT playing, does make a difference !
