I very much expect you're on target here.
Their actions of late are more typical of markets where competion is
slim and the players are relatively unsophisticated, known to stay put
and just move on to the next poor paytable in an obviously
indiscriminate manner.
I give the locals market MUCH more credit here and I believe the
inventories in the area offer sufficient opportunities for players to
behave like the proverbial rats deserting the sinking ship.
God help us all if this isn't the case.

Fortunately, there are several banks of $.25 FPDW left. Let's hope
they got the downgrading out of their system and will leave the rest
alone.

one directly behind the main lounge bar that is between the club Denaro and
the buffet. Gone.

FPDW in front of Terrible Mike's and the bank near Seattle's Best
were both down for service. A technician told me they
were "upgrading the chip." I suspect that "downgrading" might be
more accurate.
I can confirm this. It looks like all the FPDW machines arg gone.
