Does Atlantis offer bounce to tourists?

Of course the Atlantis does offer bounceback to tourists.
What they offer doesn't seem to be anywhere near as good as what the Peppermill has been offering as of late, but some people prefer the games, food and atmosphere at the Atlantis to the Peppermill. I happen to like some things about both.
Now lately the bounceback from the Atlantis does seem to have been cut back, and it was never at the levels we've been receiving from the Peppermill. It's harder to get a room at the Atlantis at the last minute, and you have to respond quickly these days if you want to get into a tournament at the Atlantis, where we've never had problems getting into a tournament at the Peppermill even at the last minute.
