Was at CML Wednesday afternoon after a closer inspection of my
mailer revealed 2x pts Wed.'s/Fri.'s this month. Apon reaching club
Uno, was informed I was ineligable for 2x pts and likely would not
recieve future mailers. Stunned, I requested to speak to a 'higher
up'. 15 mins. later the slot club supervisor told me upper
management believed I was quote a "locals advantage player" and
though I was still welcome to play here and remain a club uno member
I would no longer be eligable for multi-pt days or mailers. I asked
how they came to that conclusion, he replied with a vague 'we know
what games you play'. Completly disappointed, I simply said ok and
marched out the door. I should add that he was polite and apolagetic
in telling me the news. Has anyone else been backed off from CML
like this of late/ever? Its confusing to me that Im doing what alot
of people are doing here; playing only 0.25 FPDW on multi-pt and
bonus free play days for 2-3hrs. Apparently, after two yrs they've
had enough of me! Irony is since evrey FPDW machine has been slowed
to a crawl, Ive been cutting back my play there of recent. Even
forefiting 5x coupons and bonus play. I certainly dont wish that
only the 2$ spin poker and 10-play players get mailers while the
quater players start getting the Station Casino treatment! To me,
that was the only reason to make the drive all the way there!
More Montelago bad news
The rest of us might be next....it seems to me that the "suits" are watching the 10-play machines very closely. I've seen them shut down machines so that you can't play 2 at once. I wonder how much longer the Spin Pokers will last at fairly high speeds, even with the Turbos now turned back off.

Not so far, but I am a low roller at Monte Lago. I mainly play 25c
single line DB and sometimes a little 5c Spin Poker DB, so maybe I
don't qualify as an advantage player, as the Spin play takes things
below 100%. This months mailer had a 5X coupon for Mondays, but I
can't get there on Mondays, so it was kind of nice to see the 2X
days reappear.
If they ever stop sending a mailer or cut back on point multipliers,
I will stop going.

this scenario doesn't seem too likely as a month or so ago they
actually added a few fpdw machines...why did you stop by the club
for 2x days as the multiplier is automatic...

Why even patronize CSML when there are many 100%+ machines
at Fiesta Henderson? It is also closer for most people unless
you live at Lake Las Vegas.

you had to çheck in'with the slot club prior to play. True they
added some fpdw machines, even one bank with side by side games, but
they've singled them all out for a slowwwww speed. Plus,if you
notice on some of the machines, only the fpdw are slowed down while
the remaining game options are still faster.

That is funny that you mentioned that, as I remember the times at
Monte Lago were you did have to sort of activate the points
multiplier t the Club Uno counter. So I always went to the counter
and they would tell me I was automatically activated.
Then on my last visit, I just starting playing and quickly noticed
only 1 point on the meter. Turned on the service light; pointed on
the error to the person that showed up; and was told to visit the
Club Uno counter. They actually seemed surprised and got on the
phone; my feeling is that I was not activated. But on the next
machine I played, 2X points appeared like they were supposed to.

I know one player, who is not a member of this group, who was told that
he would not get mailers because "he is too good a player". This player only
started playing regularly at Montilago in July of this year. He plays
quarter deuces and is not "beating " the game.
