I've played these in the past but not that much but when I did I
noticed the lack of quads. Perhaps that is why I never played them
heavily in the past. However. while in Reno this week, I thought I
would play a lot of 5 play 10 cent FPDB. It was an expensive
experiment. After 30 dealt trips and not one quad I quit and switched
to my ususual 10 play nickels. The quads from trips reappeared. In
fact I once held trip 3s and got 4 quads. What does this prove? I
doesn't PROVE anything, of course, but I am very gun shy about ever
playing 5 plays again.
