Is there a list any where with monthly mailer amounts and point requirements for individual casinos?

I don't think there is, although there used to be a guideline for Stations, which is now outdated. Basically, I think you have to ask a lot of questions to different people or on this bulletin board, and keep records yourself and learn the old fashioned way. It's a real science or art to it, and there is nothing spelled out clearly. Plus, things are changing all the time, especially lately what with the economic situation.
This is not an easy game, which kind of makes it fun. Challenging!
