Monorail - tell me what locals have a reason to ride this

Sorry, you know better how employees travel. I thought the apartments I saw
one and two blocks off the strip might be home to some line workers that could
catch the monorail. The bus is probably the way they go if they do not have
auto transportation.

It has been my experience that if I am only going 1 or 2 stops that it's
easier to walk it. The monorail seems to involve lots of walking to the
back to the casino's. One positive thing about the monorail is that the LV
Hilton is more Assessable. The bus system only charges $5.00 per day
but it is not as popular do to the overcrowding, the wait, and the heat
during the Summer. IF I chose not to walk, the bus is a great option for
me, especially when I want to go downtown!
  Are we having a lunch gathering this month. I will be in town from
1/15/06 till the 22ND of January. I would love to meet some of you!
