No doubt you are correct about the casinos and their lack of concern for the
travelers over all experience in Vegas. You can see from their lack on
contributions to the city of Las Vegas that they care little about the city, its
citizens or the neighborhood their employees live in either.
While you are correct in what you say, i.e., the casinos do not want you to
leaver their casinos have you noticed that many of the casinos are owned by
fewer and fewer of corporate holding companies so it is more difficult to leave
even if you do go across the street? One other thing I take a bit offense to
your comment about "fanny pack" folks, this may surprise even you but many very
wealthy people take public transportation ALL OVER the world, and do not wear
fanny packs and enjoy it.
