Monday Moaning Results

Was at GT Monday for several hours. Played quarter Pick'Em for a
while, then dollar play at the bar. Missed hitting six more trips
playing Pick'Em, which makes 80 in a row missed trips for a quad.
Weird! But did hit a quad off a pair.

The bar prog was at $5,000 so I played Bonus Poker for a couple of
hours. Up and down went my credits (I was down $350 at one point)
until I hit a hot spell and got two $175 quads and one Straight Flush
for $250 and cashed out $300 ahead. I came back later after lunch but
the prog was at $4,012, so somebody hit it.

The new machines are good-looking and have a couple of "fair games on
them. All us vp players ever ask for from a casino are a few "fair"
vp games to play so we don't feel like suckers in the place.

I still play a lot of slots which ain't all that financially healthy
in the long run, but they are fun to play unlike vp, which seems like
work and leaves me slightly burned out.

Einstein." --Bob Dancer

I met a couple of dollar and up playing vp regulars from MGM Monday
that I knew from playing there that have switched allegience and are
now playing at GT. I still think that MGM is taking a chance on
losing most of their regular vp players by installing mostly low-
paying vp machines in their admittedly beautiful place. But as for
me, beauty smeauty, the games offered is everything. GreekTown is my
vp home away from home, win, lose or draw.
