As of now, at least a Sunset and presumably everywhere, Play Cash is no longer available on > 100% machines.
Are they total fools? All it does is get us to play $20 - $50 (4 times a month) through some low variance < 100% machine and get pissed off. You then cash out the ticket and insert it into an Optimum Play machine. My $30 will usually turn into somewhere between $10 and $50 like it does on the FP. This is just one more reason not to play unless I have a 4X coupon.

John had $30 free play at Texas tonight and had no problem playing it at
FPDW.
