Had a $59 room rate offer and a room was available on 1/9/04 so spur
of the moment trip from Boston. Received call on cell phone at 6:00
p.m. from "player development host" Carla Ford. We were almost there.
Carla was returning our call. She told my wife she was comping the
room for that evening and was there anything else she could do?
Said we would love to meet her in person for introductions. Carla
told us to page her when we arrived. No response to paging by
operator when we arrived. Went to lounge and host told us Carla
would come by to see us in ten minutes. Thirty minutes later we told
host to have Carla call our room. Don't know if this happened but no
message waiting on the phone. Well, it was nice she comped the room!
Gambling
Played 95% $1 FPPE in former Poker Room. 6,000 hands down $1,800.
Since they opened this new room, we have played about 24k hands of
FPPE and are down $3,200. I think its a fair game just a bad run.
