Yesterday, I went to Mohegan Sun for the first time in almost
2 years. I found out that the points that I was told would
never expire were purged from my account in March. They never
advised me of any new policy. I got different stories from
the players card people and a host I spoke to. The host told
me that whover told me that points never expire was wrong and
denied that the policy changed. The players card rep. told me
that the policy had in fact changed and this was happening to
a lot of people. I am livid, $800. in comps gone.
