The terms Class II or Class III are relevant to Indian casinos and
describe how a machine works.
Yonkers is a non-random deal and operates similar to a Class II machine
but technically not a Class II machine since it is not an Indian
casino. (The fact that it is a video lottery terminal is irrelevant.)
Argg, sorry I worded it wrong, Class 3 machines are totally random
like AC or Vegas. Class 2 machines are not and are the type connected
to a terminal. I believe the Yonkers machines are class 2. Does anyone
know for sure?
