A while back, I had posted that Mohegan Sun had changed a bunch of
their $1 9/6/5 DB machines to 8/5/4. I sent an e-mail to their
customer service department, in which I made it very plain that I was
not at all happy about the change and that I was considering
switching my play back to Atlantic City. My e-mail was forwarded to
their slot department, and I got a reply stating that if the pay
tables had been changed, it had been done in error, because all pay
tables were supposed to remain the same when the machines were
replaced. Further, the reply said that they would be checking the
pay tables during the week of May 12th, and making adjustments where
needed.
It'll be interesting to see what they actually do, and I must admit I
was both surprised and pleased at actually getting a reply.
