Hi,

  I never received a reply to my inquiry about the computer snafu. Chuck was right.
  On the other hand,a few weeks ago I e mailed "contact us" via the web site and asked if the slot director could raise the number of credits that one could bet on the 50 cent Gamemakers in the Hall Of The Lost Tribes. I received a prompt reply saying that this could be done and that the slot director would look into this when he came back from vacation. I arrived Tuesday and four of the six machines were "out of service" . By Thursday night they were running and now one could bet up to ten credits. So thank you MS.

  As far as the post about earnings..I'm not an expert at these things but basically Pocono did well and the Conn. Sun had a decrease in earnings. Hopefully part of this is due to players reactions to cutbacks.

This upgrade was done the end of march and they still can't fix it. It has screwed up lots of things. I know I my account it doesn't even add my tier points. You would think they would have tested the upgrade before they went live. My guess it is too late to back out of it so lets hope they finally figure it out. Boy if this happened at a major public corp heads would roll

My tier points on web site show zero for a three day April trip. I sent message to customer service and in a April 22, reply was given my tier points and told the problem should be corrected in about two weeks. Still waiting. They did say it shouldn't affect my offers - a different system.
