Thats true.I don't believe it. Its been hashed and rehashed many times but
there have been many articles questioning the payback of VP at the Indian
Casinos. I personally asked someone at the Conn Gaming commission if the
cards fell randomly. The only reply I got was that all machines are set to
pay a percentage. I enjoy playing VP in Las Vegas because I can be fairly
certain I'm getting a fair deal. Even they have been caught cheating. I live
10 miles from Foxwoods. I really wish someone could dispell my beliefs but
until then I will stay away and save my money for the bigtime.

Why ask the Connecticut Gaming commission? They don’t have a supervisory or
enforcement role, right? Their job is to collect their percentage of the
revenue under the Weicker compact.
