Three of the 4 .25 Pick-em's in the Hall of The Lost Tribes have
been upgraded to TITO! I have no idea why they didn't convert the
4'th one.

I was just there last night. The technician was there and told me
they're adding a fourth TITO, and that the single coin one is being
moved to the non-smoking section of the Sky casino. [I would just
make sure that the pay-table remains the same since it would be the
only full-pay in Sky.]
