Mohegan Slot Hosts

I'm curious about the experiences other members have had with their
slot hosts: whether they are helpful in getting you tickets, rooms,
etc. when you request them, and what they have done to resolve issues
that may have occurred.

I find my host to be difficult to reach, seemingly
distracted/forgetful, and in general, less than desirable
people-skills-wise.

To put a frame of reference around my comments, I am a Sagamore-level
player (for several years), generally come to MS for a 2-3 day trip,
virtually always mid-week, probably averaging once every 3 weeks, or a
bit more often. I don't know precisely what my play-rate is, but
usually re-qualify for Sagamore in 4-5 trips, playing $1 VP.

I'd appreciate any input you'd be willing to share.

Thanks

The key is level of your host. If your host is a VP they have power, directors have little power.
They have been taking power from the individual hosts, including upgrades to suites(done by a committee). Normally if you just call VIP services, they can take care of any tickets/rooms. Daily average is key, and they are now looking at play when you don't play, and losses. Good luck, hope you do better than me.

I got 150 points for 2/3 and wife got 200 points, additionaly got invites for Friday 16 wine fest.

Have a great day. Ciao Don

Is this a new policy? I was told before that you were not "charged" or
tripped before if you went to a free show or swiped for a promo at the
kiosk. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Play when you don't play is if you go up for a show or activity and don't play, they are also taking a look at your losses.

Happy New Years to All

The $5 full pay Pickem is gone in the non-smoking, but they have $5 8-5 Jacks.

We did not enjoy the New Year's eve party, and the gift was Tiffany Champange glasses and no ipod.

The lounges are overcrowded, messy, lack of food. Did go up to the 33rd floor lounge, the chairs alone made you feel like royalty, service was tremendous

Dinner at Longhouse was excellent, we split a large fillet that melted in your mouth. Dinner at Summer Shack was only fair. Breakfast at Vdalias was so bad(service, tables left uncleared, and food), Judy opted for the lounge, the next day.

Cheech and Chong, we left early. They should have given joints and pumped it in, you needed to be high. Plus a woman sitting in front of us was wearing a thong and had low cut jeans, it was a scary sight, we will have nightmares for weeks. This was not a fashion statement.

We got our 150 and 200 points respectively. Judy had another bad trip, and mine was ok, but not enough to cover. How long can Judy's luck stay this bad.

We are not planning on attending the Wine Fest, last year the lines were horrible.

Free Slot's play Jan 13-17 150 for me and 200 for Judy.

Royals to all. Ciao Don

Was there yesterday and can confirm that all the $5 PE in the inventory
list is MIA.
