Missing Yahoo individual emails

Appended below is an email that I'm sending daily to my ISP,
Cox Cable. I encourage anyone who is missing emails from
Yahoo to send something similar (daily) to their ISP.

Yesterday, 2 May, my POP3 mailbox at Cox failed to receive
some more emails from YahooGroups and/or Yahoo that were
addressed to me. Some were received, others weren't.

This is unacceptable.

If Cox continues "rate limiting" or doesn't accomodate the
receipt of legitimate emails that are addressed to me, I will
look for another ISP (and television provider) that will deliver
all of my email.

Are you going to stop this practice?

I suspect that Cox is going to find a lot of other users who
feel the same way.

I have no use for webmail at Cox and hope you don't waste
your time and mine with another canned response about it.

Somebody at Cox would be well advised to take care of
business (providing the email service that your users are
paying for). If I'm addressing the wrong person, please
forward my comments to the right person.
