Misc. Updates - MSS, Elis Island and Tuscany

It was not an error. I went there personally this month (10/12) and checked
it out. There was no one on those 3 $.25 machines and the paytable was set up
for NSUD. I played the FP $.05 based slant tops. So, I am really happy to
hear this news, but confused at the MSS switch.

MSS - Just heard from an MSS regular who is staying there
now. The six 25c FPDW are all still there and even more
popular than usual.

Are you sure they checked the paytable? It would be quite
remarkable if they changed those back to full pay.

Yes, the MSS regular is VERY reliable and knowledgeable and
I'm sure he checked the paytable. But I'm really not so sure
these machines were changed to short-pay for awhile then
changed back to full-pay. It's more likely that the MIA
report was in error.

I think everyone is getting a little confused here. There are 3
Uprights with FPDW (5c based) and 3 Uprights with NSUD (25c based).
There are also 3 Slant tops with FPDW (5c based).

That is correct. There are:

(3) 25c NSUD uprights (on 25c minimum denomination machines)
which were downgraded from FPDW in September.

(3) 25c FPDW uprights (on 5c minimum denomination machines)
which were and are still FPDW.

(3) 25c FPDW slant-tops (on 5c minimum denomination machines)
which were and are still FPDW.

***Does this information mean that these machines have FPDW in
nickels as well?****

Thanks....
