Misc: Palms, Rampart, Suncoast

Palms - The computer problems seem to be over today
after two days of outages. The drawing Tuesday evening
apparently occurred since the winners were displayed
today.

Rampart - A sign posted at the slot club states that
they won't be allowing point redemptions for Visa
cards this Saturday and Sunday due to the slot
tournament.

Suncoast - I heard from a local that he and some other $5
video poker players were banned from playing there on July
4th while they were playing NSUD in the high-limit area.

Thanx - that saves us a wasted trip!!!!

RAMPART.
I wonder... Is that the real reason? Does having a slot tournament really cause the need to eliminate these cards? Does it require all the slot club personnel or something?

Well, more than a few people on this site have wondered if VP players
are ever banned in Las Vegas. If your source is telling the truth,
this would seem to put some truth into the urban legends floating
around this town.
