Palms - I noticed someone there with a Gold "Legend"
card. This is an unadvertised card level. Buffet
cashier said they get two free buffets every day every
meal. Don't know what the other benefits are.
Palms - They've rearranged machines in the west end of
the casino. The popular 50-plays by Ben and Jerry's
are still there. The bank of 25c 10/6 DDB that used to
be by the door to the west garage are now by the
entrance to the Key West Room. Two more MegaBucks
machines have been added. Maybe this will shorten the
line on the locals' free pull days.
Tuscany - Signs at the casino say they will have 10x
points 4/18 and 4/25. After a brief look around, it
looks like they have all multi-line machines excluded
from the 10x points.
Gold Coast - The Oyster Bar has closed. Sign says the
Noodle Exchange is coming soon.
Palazzo - They have very good chairs, especially for
playing slant-tops. They are cloth covered, not bolted
to the floor, have an adjustable height and aren't so
big that you hit the person next to you when sitting
down.
Red Rock - Four 25c 8/5 BP (5 Play) 10-coin
Multi-Strike slant-tops between Tides Oyster Bar and
Terra Rossa Restaurant have been added to the
database. Don't think these are new. They just hadn't
been reported by anyone. Like all 5-play MS, must play
all levels max coin to get 4000 royal payout. Since
these are 10-coin, that's 200 quarters per play.
Suncoast - The high-limit room has closed for
remodeling. Will reopen with a players' lounge.
Machines have been temporarily relocated nearby.
