According to Casino City Times there are 426 VP machines, but I did not see any good pay scales and the machines had more players then I could shake a stick at.
Most Machines that I could see were not good.

I do not recommend using the parking structure as there are only three elevators up and down and no escalators so you may be better of using the stairs.
