I visited MGM and Motor City last week just to check out any recent
changes and keep my comps active.
Played 9/7/5 DB Progressive for about an hour and left $50 ahead.
I really like those ticket out machines. I've spilled many buckets of
coins over the years trying to carry too many of them to the cage at
one time.
Nothing new to report. They still have some full-pay dollar
Pick'Em machines at the bar, along with the Rip-off kind. Everything
else is a waste of time and money.
At Motor City, they still have that progressive bank of machines
downstairs that has DW at 99.7%, and a few others at close to 99%.
Since they, and all the other casinos, only give .167% (price
fixing?) cash back, It's tough to stay even without some luck.

I lost about a $100 in a couple hours play on DW, and left before
the traffic got too heavy on I-75 heading North.
I haven't been going to the Detroit casinos much lately, because
I'm saving up my money for a Vegas trip in September. I will let you
know how I did when I get back.
