Can you get an upgrade on MGM property rooms by combining with another
Players Club member. My father and I travel together at times. By giving them
both of our numbers can we get upgraded to a suite as opposed to two regular rooms?

As with most questions about comps...the answer is "yes", but it depends on your level of play.
For example...Can I get comped drinks in a Vegas casino? Yes, as long as you are playing at least a penny machine.
Can I get a casino to fly me from my home in Hong Kong and put me up in a Penthouse for a month? Yes, but your average bet size will have to be larger than most people's annual salary.
Just call a host and ask. All they can do is say "no", but, maybe they will say "yes" and through in some food comps too.
