I received all of my MGM-Mirage gifts with today's UPS delivery.
Considering the turnaround time was 2 1/2 weeks from the opening day
order (placed on Nov. 30) I thought that was pretty good service.
For those of you concerned about your own orders, there are two ways to
check. You can login at playersclub.com and click on a link which will
give you specific UPS tracking numbers. Or, if you prefer a "live"
person, dial (866) 322-4578 during business hours.
I wish the news were as bright with respect to Venetian Grazie Gifts
ordered a full four weeks earlier. But only a single one has arrived so
far. Participants might consider bringing an extra suitcase and taking
home what they can next year instead of waiting and waiting and
waiting...
