I could hardly say anything that would reflect more negatively on BD than he does himself in his book. And remember, what was in the book was what was left after Anthony Curtis toned it down. I was only reflecting on where he puts his values.
I wasn't looking for "credit." In fact, I am sorry that I was ever associated with BD.

I get the same feeling of negativity. It reads to me as if Dan
Paymer felt that he should have gotten some mention (credit?) for
BD'S early vp writing success.
