Memory recall of hands played

Me, too. I was stunned that the Suit refused to pay it off. They kept their
$100, but it cost them a lot of action. It happened a little less than a
year ago. I ran over $250K through there in 2004, less than $30K in 2005, with
the difference principally because of that episode. Not to mention the many
friends and acquaintances who ask me for guidance about which Detroit-area
casino has the better games.

This is the first I've ever heard of a casino not paying the customer

no reason to suspect that the customer wasn't just careless.

The reason is probably because it wasn't in Vegas. I have misheld hands twice in Las Vegas where I would have ended up with quads (anything less and I eat the error) ,
both times the floorpersons paid me off and were very gracious about it.

I've been refused the pay on a quad on Jokers Wild at the Hacienda in
Boulder City in a similar situation. Not exactly Vegas, but close. I
haven't been back.
