In mentioning the winners who blow the money, there is a lady here in Ct. who won 20 million lotto. She took a lump sum of around 12 million. She has been going to the 2 Ct. casinos almost daily, (mostly the Sun) for the past several years since she won. According to some people who know her, she has been losing about 500K a year. Needless to say, her 12 million has dwindled to to just 2 or 3 now. She has been warned by her accountant to back it down, or be broke in a few more years. These casinos must love her.
