Medicare to rise for higher incomes?

Does anyone know about changes in Medicare costs for 2007 that are based on
your income? Local Review Journal says increases will be phased in starting
next Jan. because of a 2003 law. Could it be that this will be based on
adjusted gross income? If so those W2s could give us an even bigger whammy. Any
more info would be appreciated on how this will be calculated.
