Yes, MC is/was a part of the MB One Card system. In Pete Earley's book
"Super Casino" he describes the genesis and ownership of MC. Evidently Wynn owned
the land and another entity (later to be enfolded into the MBG) worked a deal
where, they would pay a percentage of profits to Wynn in return for rights to
build and operate a casino on the land.
