They simply want you back, me back, and I'm sure many others back who either used to play there (Palms, Strat, etc.) or had one heavy day there way back when. We've seen this before of course, but we are entering a phase where we will see it in a much more aggressive manner. I'll be taking advantage of this trend even more aggressively than the slot clubs, as I'm in-process of revising my semi-pro play in concert with what's going on. It is and is going to become even moreso, a very strong visitor's market--even at the local places (if you can tolerate some of them). This is the type of intangible promotion that many of you who visit should be interested in.
