I called the players club at M Resort (sounded like I wasn’t alone).
May 1 is a pickup date for free play at the M.

This may be slightly off topic but what does a typical M mailer include?

You probably just got “no-mailed”. Usually there’s some “time out” period, maybe 6 months where if you can stay away that long, they may reset your mail status or you can get a new card. It’s also possible you just got delayed or lost mail, or they’re just trying to yank your chain. If you think it’s any good, you should go over there and see if you can get it. But it might be a trick too, if they don’t give it to you and you don’t play, they may “trip” you which means even more trouble. They may also try to “backroom” you if you show up in person, as always you should refuse and just leave in that case, or call a good lawyer if they illegally detain you or rough you up.
