Riverside-? Nothing listed on the website yet. Isn't it time for them to
give cars away weekly?

The new edition of the Entertainer is always the most anticipated for the
first week of the month. It is always exciting to have a ticket in the drum when
they give away automobiles. Riverside is firing it up once again, the blurb
from the online Entertainer follows:

of one of three vehicles-Buick Lucerne, Pontiac Torrent, Pontiac Solstice
Convertible; or $20,000 in cash alternate prize. Vehicles provided by Findlay
Motor Company of Bullhead City and are on display within the Riverside Resort
through the run of the promotion.Format: Drawingsare held on Tuesdays in May and
June (7 p.m.; entry tickets must be in the drum by 6:55 p.m.) at the South
Tower events area of the casino to select a winner who will then have their choice
of the cars listed above or $20,000 in cash. Winners must be present to win.
There is a limit of one win per person per month.Entry: Members of the King of
Clubs Players' Club can earn entries through play at slots and table games
from May 1 through the final Tuesday drawing on June 24.

I have a fondness for Riverside drawings. No cars, but I won once with one
ticket in the drum in Jan/1999. I was elected "King for the Day" winning $500
and dinner for two in the Prime Rib Room.

I also won the TV I currently watch in Oct/2003 at the Pioneer with one
drawing ticket.

Usually the Riverside asks for 100 points ($500 coin-in) and maybe a $5 bet
suited Blackjack for a ticket. The rules should be posted by the slot club and
the south casino's drawing area.

I always have to do this promo once, although the Riverside is not in my
normal line-up anymore.
