The other day at the Santa Fe, I was dealt a royal, without a draw. Later I
tried
to figure out what the odds of that happening are.
Not being particularly good at mathematics I came up with it being a 1 in
358,259 chance. This sounds preposterous, so will one of you math experts
tell me what are the actual odds of getting a royal on the first five cards
are.
