I've been entertained by this thread for a couple of days now but, son, if you ever need an example of hubris, just glance at your driver's license photo. Thoughtful analysis? You posted twelve times in two days on a subject (match play) with which you are obviously oblivious. Most ALL of the attempted responses were thoughtful and most contained examples demonstrating the OBVIOUS error in your analysis. The problem was your inability and/or unwillingness to pause and absorb what everyone was telling you. The mathematics involved here is trivial and does not require advanced degrees. What is required is an open mind and an ability to communicate in the English language.
