Mass. Lottery $ 20 million game a good bet?
I get "page not found" when I follow your link, but remember when PA
ran their last (I forget the name of the game) drawing because they'd
joined the Powerball pool. Assuming I remember correctly, if the top
jackpot was not hit that money would be distributed among the
remaining payouts rather than rolled into the next drawing. Four
co-workers and I each threw $20 into a pool, the top jackpot was not
hit, and we ended up with something like $30 each.
