Well, sort of...
Mark "Elvis " Davis used to run the Edgewater Blackjack tourneys on
Weds/Fridays for several years. He also used to put his time in on the Big Six Wheel
of Fortune and croon a bit.
He ran a fine BJ tourney, talking it up and enforcing the rules fairly.
MGM/Mirage showed-up and he and others left. The rumor was he and a marketing
type did a beeline to the Hacienda by the Dam.
Today while walking around casino websites I saw references for Mark "Elvis"
Davis at the Hacienda. He will be appearing Aug 31- Sept 4th in the
"Legendary Superstars" show. His best picture is on the tournaments link touting the
BJ and VP tourneys.
Sure, this isn't "Booblehead Bob", but BB never called a misdeal like Elvis
did when I had a big bet and a blackjack tucked in tourney mode play on me.
