March Promo Fun on the River

The February 1st edition of the Entertainer does not have much info about
this month's promos. What does your mail tout?

The Riverside is doing their Diamonds or Cash promo again. This isn't too
bad, except only one winner per day. Take the jewlery or $1500. In the past,
$500 coin-in got you a drawing ticket. Rules are posted I bet, nothing on the
website.

I hope CB does the Rolling on the River promo for Mardi Gras. I do miss
Bobblehead Bob running the drawings. Is Harrahs firing up another promo? I keep
forgeting to do the daily drawings. River Palms? EW?

Wonder when Carl will get the keys to the Flamingo?

The Pioneer has the Febraury calendar up on the website, about time. A
couple of double dip opportunities for COD and 3x points/comps.

GN- they got nothing right? Frankly, I got in over my head when we needed a
$100 hit on VP for a drawing ticket in the olden days (before Tim and
Tom/Landrys).

Anyone know the current requirement to get drink tickets making sports bets
in Tarzan's? When that book opened you got two tickets for a $10 bet, then
one, then it took $20. Heck, before Tarzans all you had to do is sit down in the
old book and the cocktailer would be right by...no action needed.

Anyone going for the Superbowl? Any Big Game promo I should know about?

So, you are heading to Laughlin for the big game? It looks like they
have a pretty good deal going on at the Boiler Room at the CB. They
are giving away $1750 in cash to three winners, and lots of other
drawings during the game. The trick is to snag at seat at the bar.

There are also having some kind of promotion at the Ramada
called "Get Lucky". It is a $20 buy in, and they claim you are
guaranteed to get a prize back worth at least $20, and you can win up
to $500.

Are they having a card of the day this month at the Riverside?
