I had a comp balance of 150.00. They offered me two fight tickets the comp
said will not use comp dollars. When getting the tickets from the host I wanted
to make sure this wont effect my comp balance. She told me it wouldn't come
comp balance it was all there. On my next visit I went to get a comp they had
taken all my comp dollars for the tickets. I had to go through about five
different people and took over an hour to get them to give me my comps back.
